With the Role-based user access to data features, timekeepers in the law firm will access CaseFox using their own credentials. You can also create separate logins for your contract attorneys (so do not need to enter their billable hours for them). The contract attorney can only enter his own time or expense and have a view only of his own data. On the other hand, a normal staff can view client or case information, enter time by other users or timekeepers, and can also enter time or expense for other users, but cannot manage users, trust accounts or cases/clients, or view/generate invoices. Admin role provides full access.
